Great balence between easy to use and customizable
Zoho CRM has been a great tool for managing my customer relationships. It’s packed with features, but it’s still pretty easy to navigate once you get the hang of it. Setting up workflows and tracking leads has helped me stay on top of things and keep my sales pipeline organized. It’s not the simplest CRM out there, but the learning curve is worth it because of all the customization options and integrations. Overall, it’s a solid platform that’s helped me streamline my business processes.
Pros
One of the best things about Zoho CRM is how customizable it is. I can tailor it to fit my exact needs, whether it's creating custom fields, layouts, or automating workflows.
Cons
The support is not always great, sometimes it can take a while to get back a response that is worth while.

Flexible and Powerful CRM with Room for Smoother Usability
Zoho CRM offers a comprehensive and flexible platform with powerful customization options. However, its steep learning curve and occasional performance issues can create initial challenges for new users, particularly those without prior CRM experience.
Pros
It's easy to customize and quite affordable. Their integrations are quite good also
Cons
Their customer support isn't always great and is limited and takes some time to learn

Zoho CRM is the way to Go.
There were a few kinks that needed to be worked out but overall the support to work them out was great and timely. I personally wouldn't work with any other at this point.
Pros
First, it's ease of use and the ability to customize it to your needs and what you sell. The integration of other products is really great too. It's responsive and keeps all your info for a client in one place. The automated features is wonderful too.
Cons
Least is the set up. It does take time, trial and error, and a few kinks along the way. However, that being said, support was always there to fix and responsive, and with a program this sophisticated it is expected to have some issues. Overall, any issues were minor.
Reasons for Choosing Zoho CRM
I couldn't customize, had way too many bugs, didn't power dial the way I wanted, didn't track and put contacts and leads in a very manageable way. Lacked ability to import info easily if at all. Glitchy.Switched From

A CRM to consider for SMB's on a budget
Pros
For us, this is one of the most complete CRM platforms available. We usually recommend tis platform to SMB's who need a CRM platform, but still are not big enought to get Salesforce for example (and in some case this is all they'll ever need)
Cons
Maybe time needed to do the initial set-up, as everything needs to be changed and the default options are not always useful. The UI sometimes feel a bit clunky.

A great start up CRM
The tool helps you store and streamline sales material and taks. Generally a good overall experience of using this platform in comparison to major market alternatives with heavy license fees
Pros
A leading choice in the customer relationship management sector, particularly for small to mid-sized businesses. Known for offering a comprehensive set of features at competitive prices, this CRM delivers enterprise-level capabilities while maintaining accessibility for businesses with smaller budgets.
Cons
While Zoho CRM’s extensive features are a strength, they can be seen as a drawback for businesses that only need basic CRM functionality. The sheer number of options can sometimes be excessive, leading to features going unused or confusing users who don’t need advanced capabilities.

Dishonest People, wont honor the refund and dodge time passing tactis.
Dishonest people, They just wasted time tool 3 weeks to respond and than told me it was passed due. if it wasn't upfront 1 year payment i would move my company, i will probably move to somewhere else as soon as times up.
Pros
marketplace has lots of integration options
Cons
too much tabs, unnessary steps, untrained support staff don't know much and always have to refer to somebody else. One of them accepted to honor refund as per their terms and condition within 30 days, and then wasted 3 weeks to response only to be told it is passed the 30 days.

ZOHO CRM experience in Construction industry
Overall, my experience with Zoho CRM has been positive. The platform's customizability and integration capabilities make it a robust choice for businesses looking to streamline their customer relationship management. While there are areas that could benefit from improvement, particularly in customer support and mobile functionality, Zoho CRM's extensive feature set and cost-effectiveness make it a compelling option for organizations of all sizes
Pros
Zoho CRM offers a lot of customization options allowing business to tailor it based on needs. This included extra fields, layouts, modules, and reports. It has a user-friendly interface that can be easily configured with easy accessibility to all information with simple clicks. It has good integration capabilities with other applications with free and paid add-ons.
Cost is acceptable compared to other competitive software and has variety of options based on the level of functionalities needed.
Cons
Some advanced features are not easy to implement and require certain knowledge and skills to be configured.
Based on the license level, some customer support is not the best experience you look for in a cloud solution.
Mobile app is missing some of the main features that are needed to have access to CRM information.

Zoho CRM allows for customization and effective lead handling.
For the most part, Zoho CRM is a functional program that will allow a company to set up a system that works, without breaking the bank.
Pros
Zhoh CRM is fairly easy to use and set-up. As with any CRM there will be areas where you wish it could do more, but overall it does what it needs to do to be a decent CRM.
Cons
There are not as many places that you can customize the areas you would like. It makes it a little frustrating at times. Also, there are functions that have been asked for for years from the community that still have not been implemented.

Analyzing the various features of Zoho CRM one must tell that in terms of functionality, it offers all the benefits of a modern CRM system. The lead tracking and customer interaction tools of the platform have enhanced our communication capabilities by far.

Good system but lots of settings
overall experience was so is better than the system that you have before. Lots of options and settings and we can bring all our contact information and client accounts and deals and quotes and also report from one system and the whole company can access it all at once and so we don’t lose any information anymore. That helped with not using paper anymore and bringing out the first 21st century, especially with digital signing contract and automatic notification when contacts are signed.
Pros
zoho crm is a great platform to bring all digital contracts that we have for our company together. We don’t need to use any paper anymore and have all our customer information in one system.
Cons
sometimes settings are very hidden, and some automations are not very self explaining. The design is not as modern as other platforms.

Customize Your Experience
Overall I would rate the Zoho a 4.5/5 stars. Other than the visual appearance I'm all in!
Pros
What I like the most about Zoho is the customization available to completely make it your own. You have TONS of different Zoho Apps and Services you can integrate into your Zoho Dashboard that cover almost anything you can think of business related across all different departments. The part that I liked best is how Zoho is extremely user friendly and it's base functions can serve all your needs, but for those more advanced CRM fanatics Zoho really does pack a punch with extremely advanced features available to truly make it your own!
Cons
The biggest thing I don't like about Zoho is the visual appearance of the users interface. In my option it looks very outdated which gives the appearance initially that it is not capable of much. I think it is something that definitely needs an upgrade.

I don't like the UX
Pros
Zoho CRM emerges as a powerful tool for businesses, offering seamless management of sales, marketing, and customer support operations. While its intuitive interface facilitates navigation, I found it slightly less familiar compared to other platforms. However, its customization options and overall effectiveness make it a standout choice for boosting productivity and efficiency in business workflows.
Cons
The interface, while intuitive, may initially feel unfamiliar, requiring some time for users to fully adapt. Additionally, while the customization options are extensive, some users may find them overwhelming or complex to set up initially. Despite these drawbacks, Zoho CRM remains a strong contender in the CRM market, particularly for businesses willing to invest the time to unlock its full potential.
