I really want to love it.
Overall, in spite of the problems, I really like Bigin and am very happy I found it. I'd recommend it for sure. But I'm looking forward to the bugs getting fixed so I can like it more.
Pros
There is so much I love about this app. It's pretty simple to use, has a lot of great features, probably everything I need, to be honest. After they work out the bugs, I think it will be pretty great.
Cons
There are bugs, as in some things don't even work, important things. I've reported enough to make me feel like we're beta testers. But though it reveals something about their dev team, I'm still hopeful they'll eventually get it right because they do try hard.
It's obvious they put a lot of time and money into their support team, but as hard as they try to get this right, they really need to train them better. Sometimes I end up having to find answers myself and then train them. They also need to have a team in the U.S. as they are very difficult to understand through the thick Indian accent on the phone.

Amazing power given the price
BIGIN CRM punches well above its weight class considering its cost. The reality is, it provides enough core function that 80% of small and medium sized businesses needs. I've used SalesForce, AGILE, Workbooks, and Dynamics CRM and BIGIN is comparable for most of what I want to achieve.
Pros
Bigin is very powerful given its price point. It offers all the basic functions you would likely need. The bolt ons into other ZOHO applications makes it almost infinitely upgradable.
Cons
The marketing campaign assignment is very limited, and there is limited ways to process sales leads.

“Perfect CRM for Startups: Simple and Effective”
I’ve been using Bigin for a while now, and it’s been the perfect solution for my startup. Unlike larger CRM platforms, which can be overwhelming with complex features I don’t need, Bigin keeps things simple and efficient. The interface is intuitive, and it focuses on the essentials like contact management, pipeline tracking, and task organization—everything I need to stay on top of my operations.
The affordability is a huge plus, especially for a small business like mine. Despite its simplicity, Bigin doesn’t compromise on quality. It’s easy to set up, and the integrations with tools like Outlook make managing client relationships seamless.
If you’re a startup or a small business looking for a straightforward CRM that just works without unnecessary complexity, I highly recommend Bigin!
Pros
•Simple and intuitive interface
•Affordable pricing
•Focused on essential CRM features
•Great integrations (e.g., Outlook)
Cons
Limited advanced marketing tools available, which might not work for larger companies.

Bigin is a great beginner CRM for small businesses!!
I love the simplicity of it all. I'm the type of person I like to figure things out without having to watch a tutorial. That let's me know if something is user friendly and this definitely is!! Give it a try...you just might like it. It's perfect for small business, new realtors that want the use of a CRM that is not bulky or complicated. Then you pair it up with Zoho Campaigns, you have yourself a sweet package!! As your business grows, you move on to Zoho CRM, if necessary.
Pros
SUPER EASY to use...to figure out. My favorite is that you have 10+ custom fields to customize the contact info you require. It's easy to import/export. Creating lists to export, custom views... OVERALL it's pretty amazing and it's perfect for the small business.
Cons
The dashboard is strictly for business forecasting. I haven't been able to set it up where I can see my meeting schedule or client follow-up.

Great CRM to Help your business grow
My overall experience with Bigin by Zoho CRM has been positive. I've been using it during the free trial period and have found it to be a valuable tool for managing client relationships in my tax firm. The platform's ease of use, combined with its useful integrations and semi-personalization features, has convinced me to purchase and fully implement it in our operations.
Pros
I like the ease of use and the integrations that Bigin offers. The interface is intuitive, making it simple to manage client relationships effectively. Additionally, the semi-personalization options available allow for a certain level of customization that suits our firm's needs.
Cons
What I like least about Bigin is that it is not fully personalizable. While it offers some degree of customization, there are limitations that prevent it from being tailored entirely to our specific workflow and preferences.

As a newbie to CRMs, I was looking for one with just the right fit and finish
I'm just getting started on CRMs – including the exploration I did on other platforms like Nimble, HighLevel, and EngageBay. I’m just looking for the right one with the right feeling that’s going to accelerate my business’s growth. Over time with Bigin (or some other CRM), I’d love to see some automations, tie-ins to appropriate third-party apps, and AI integrations. I need a CRM capable of supporting different workflows – and everything that naturally spills out from that process.
Pros
Bigin seems to have cracked the code for CRM newbies like me. They've done an incredible job of making things remarkably simple on the surface, while clearly having much more to offer within the service. I've spent a lot of time researching CRMs, and Bigin just kept on coming up to the top (especially when I combined features and cost together).
Cons
I was concerned about the possibilities of a constant upsell from Zoho CRM – as Bigin is the baby version of a much bigger platform. Thankfully they haven't experience this in practice. They haven't oversold me, and I'm very appreciative of that. So, in effect, the biggest Con never materialized!

Great CRM for a growing small business
Enjoying it so far and looking forward to making it a key part of our business, and possibly expanding to Zoho products as we grow
Pros
I'd been using an older CRM for years and, as I'm transitioning to a new business model, we needed a modern CRM that would grow with us and not break the bank. I spent days researching and playing around with first a dozen CRMs, narrowed it down to three or four, and settled on Bigin. It had the cleanest UI and structure, a great feature set, and the opportunity to grow with Zoho as our business grows.
Cons
Sometimes I struggle to find the information I need or tools I need. I suspect I need time to get used to Bigin.
The notes text field is inadequate. It needs to have at least bold, italics, bullets and numbering for me to be able to take quality, readable note

A Solid Springboard for Small Business Email
Zoho Begin is a fantastic starting point for small businesses and startups. It's easy to use, keeps your wallet happy, and has the essential tools to tame the email beast and nurture those leads. But, if you crave more advanced features, you might need to explore other options.
Pros
First things first, this thing is easy to use. No tech degree required, just point and click. Even my grandma (well, maybe not my grandma...) could probably figure it out. Plus, there's a free plan that's perfect for testing the waters before you dive in.
The paid plans are budget-friendly too, which is a major win for a small business like us. And for the price, you get some cool features like automated emails (lifesaver!) and a system that helps you prioritize leads.
Zoho Begin also plays nicely with other Zoho apps, which is a bonus if you're already part of the Zoho fam. Everything feels connected and streamlined.
Not Quite Perfect
Cons
Now, don't get me wrong, it's not all sunshine and rainbows. Zoho Begin doesn't have all the bells and whistles of some other CRMs. If you're looking for fancy marketing automation or super detailed sales pipeline stuff, you might need to look elsewhere.
Also, the integrations with other Zoho apps can be a bit tricky to set up. It wasn't exactly a walk in the park for our not-so-tech-savvy team.

Bytbots review for bigin
Overall, Bigin by Zoho CRM offers a user-friendly and affordable solution for small businesses, with its intuitive interface and essential features. However, it lacks advanced functionalities and detailed analytics, which might be a limitation for more complex needs.
Pros
I like Bigin by Zoho CRM for its user-friendly interface, essential features tailored for small businesses, and effective visual pipeline management. It’s easy to use, integrates well with Zoho products, and offers customization options to fit various needs.
Cons
What I like least about Bigin by Zoho CRM is its limited advanced features compared to more comprehensive CRM systems. It might lack some of the more sophisticated tools and integrations that larger businesses or those with complex needs require. Additionally, its reporting and analytics capabilities are more basic, which might not be sufficient for users who need in-depth data analysis.
