The quality of NordVPN has gone steeply downhill. I first started using it in the early 2010s and the vpn was fast and reliable. Nowadays I use it for my Windows laptop and half the time I can't even establish a connection. I will not be renewing.

The administration console had great configuration settings and rules that our techs were able to setup and deploy pretty quickly. The users were able to install the vpn without too much intervention. It has helped keep our data and network more secure.

The installs didn't always work and the users login credentials had to be reset often for them to be able to connect. The downtimes for trouble shooting issues was longer than expected.

Seriously I can think of none. Their performance is mediocre. Their client is about the same as all the others I have used. Features are minimal.

NordVPN was my 3rd VPN service. I subscribed for 2 years because they had a decent review. After one month of use the turned off my service because their "automated tools" detected I was "web scraping". I am a retired person using a single desktop. Aside from the occasional BitTorrent book I am NEVER done anything like webscraping. Repeated emails to support to cancel my account are replied to by robot mail saying my account is suspended indefinitely. No further explanation. No Cancellation. Word of warning: they are clearly monitoring your traffic and given their crappy analysis tools they probably have all that data laying around on their servers. Let my loss be your gain: DO NOT USE NORDVPN!!

From my experience NordVPN is he best VPN software on the market. The connection is fast and i don't even realize the connection is through a VPN. I have a lot of servers to choose from in many countries. I always keep an eye on Darkweb Monitor feature, it shows when your email address and passwords are shared on Darkweb and change them immediately. Browser extensions are easy to install and work flawless with any browser.

First thing to mention is that is fast, it doesn't even feel that the connection is through a VPN. The app is easy to install and use on PC and smartphone, the app being available for IOS and Android. Another feature that I really like are the browsers extensions, available for all major browsers.

While NordVPN has given me dependable and safe internet browsing, there were a few features that I didn't particularly like. The sporadic slowdown in connection speed when using particular server locations was one feature that I found a little disappointing. Even while the majority of the servers provided good performance, there were times when I noticed a definite slowdown in browsing speed, particularly when connecting to distant servers.
