> **Pros**: I like the fact that it was an easy and interactive platform that allowed me to not only learn about the company I work for and the products, but also allowed me to test that knowledge.

> **Pros**: The first thing that jumps out at me is the exceptional customer service. There is no long waiting times for responses from the Digemy team. They are always courteous and respectful and eager to assist.

> **Cons**: As with any company I am sure there are areas that can use some improvement, but as for the different aspects that I have personally dealt with Digemy there is nothing specific that jumps out at me that I disliked. The only annoyance was that my email service provider blocked the password reset email, but that is nothing to do with Digemy themselves, albeit a user interface experience.
