Fantastic Product
Excellent - Overall it a fantastic product that can be configured to accommodate a complex network of clinics and customer requirements.
Pros
Meddbase is a mature product that has been developed over decades and this is apparent in the huge range of functionality that it offers.
Cons
There are some global settings which can only be set to either apply to all clients or no clients, having a choice is often more appropriate as one size rarely fits all.

Online Patient Record System
I would recommend this product to anyone running a medical practice
Pros
MedDBase was implemented in 2009 to help the practice meet more demand from our clients. It's very easy to use, it has a wealth of features and it extremely stable (un like other medical software packages we have used i the past). It provides us with quick access to patient records, supports our medical billing needs and invoices, prescription details and SMS and email services.
Cons
If your broadband goes down it can mean you are without service until you connect your 3G card or backup line. But this time is minimal

Has all the potential, however check it is right for you
Mix emotions, has all the potential to be great and all the features. however time commitment was not explained to us and the day-to-day usability didn't suit us. However, the support and meddbase ability to help, listen and change is very good. For the right business, this would be a very good system.
Pros
the ability to save admin time with tagging features in forms and letters. The customer support is great and the Meddbase listen and take on board changes and feedback
Cons
The set-up process is hands-on and not explained in the sales process. the general usability around the system is clunky. However Meddbase are listening and changing, however too late for use and we ended before go live

Experience
Too small for them to care.
Pros
It’s robust, and lots of storage. After getting used to it it gets easier but I don’t know if that is a pro.
Cons
User friendliness - non app based. Tried to integrate healthcode but no one really knew what they were doing.
