> **Pros**: It is international\! I first started to use Sumup in Europe in order to be able to precess sales from debit cards which was impossible with our usual payment processing devices. I will implement this for our american sales as well. We are a touring band, selling music and apparel after shows so a versatile and reliable point of sale is CRITICAL.

> **Cons**: It is a lot of organisation to be able to open bank account in the country of the SumUp account in order to redirect funds. It would be great to be able to transfer the funds in America directly.

> The first time the mobile reader was sent by DHL it was returned to sender because my name was not on the doorbell... but by chatting with the customer service, it was reordered and delivered without problem.

### "Muy bueno, aunque algo confuso en sus planes." — 5.0/5

> **Pros**: Básicamente la tablet + TPV te da otra apariencia totalmente diferente al negocio, tiene un diseño minimalista y moderno que puede casar bien con multitud de negocios, además, te permite el pago por internet la propia plataforma a través de enlaces de pago, por lo que está genial si vendes por internet también.
> 
> **Cons**: Tienen 2 planes, el gratis y el pro, pero no deberían decir que hay uno gratis porque son 300€ de la tablet y el TPV, bueno, y eso es con la tablet lite, la pro es más cara. Luego está el plan Pro de 8€ al mes. Y después las comisiones que, si vendes muchas veces, o al menos cierta cantidad, te interesa más el de un banco, aunque es más problemático de conseguir, eso sí. La limitación de la cuenta bancaria en el plan "gratis" te obliga prácticamente a usar el plan Pro.

> Estuvimos con el datáfono Air de SumUp pero nos daba muchos problemas de conexión y no pillaba algunas tarjetas o móviles, entonces nos pasamos a MyPOS pero la relación empresa-cliente se volvió nefasta, y con comisiones más altas, así que volvimos a SumUp pero con las tablets, en este caso la Lite, los problemas de conexión de momento no están y es bastante útil al poder diseñar facturas personalizadas y demás (tenemos el plan Pro con la tablet Lite).

> **Cons**: I don't like it NFC system payment which is not fully capable with every banking financial instance.

> **Pros**: Si bien el POS se refiere al terminal, tu propia cuenta puede también habilitar pagos online en cualquiera de los planes de pago de SumUp POS, tanto el básico como el pro, su procesamiento de pagos es rápido y fiable, aunque si tienes un local con wifi público, caparía una parte para el POS, que siempre tenga un ancho suficiente para que no tarde, puesto que con poca conexión le cuesta más.

> **Cons**: Los informes son poco detallados teniendo en cuenta que hablamos de una herramienta profesional y orientada a negocios, no a hojas de cálculo de bachillerato.

> **Pros**: La facilidad con la que se puede usar y configurar SumUp es brillante, en media hora puedes tener todo listo para funcionar (teniendo lo necesario a mano), el diseño del POS es bastante bonito y moderno, aunque nosotros usamos más la parte online.

> **Cons**: El precio, para haber tantas alternativas y ser un procesador de pago básicamente, es un poco alto, porque tampoco es muy personalizable, pero tampoco llega a ser excesivo.
> 
> Yo tan solo veo el rendimiento de los productos para modificar la presencia de ellos en los artículos, pero por los informes de ventas, aunque simples, se puede ver perfectamente cual funciona mejor.
