The new look and feel is now much better, the previous looked cluttered, now it's a lot more clear and colors help. I have the basic option which is more than enough for starters, as you have control in all features and also provides some useful stats. I also find it a good value for money product that offers integration with so many OTA's. > > **Cons**: The FAQ section is rather confusing and should be revised so that instructions are clear. Being a developer I try to push all software’s to their limit. Even use them in cases their original developers never knew possible. I am only enabled this by the incredible support that helps a not average user achieve what most wouldn’t even know is possible. This can only be achieved by exceptional support teams. > > **Cons**: The only things mg I have wanted and kissed in Bokun for years is it’s not focused on group bookings. So simple for them to do. This is part of what I come up with my own workaround. By group bookings I mean shared tours. If Bokun would implement the we travel kind of group bookings it would be untouchable. > > Almost excellent. I still have my workarounds for group tours that support helps me to achieve what I want. I most certainly would be making as much, in such an organised and professional way without Bokun. It gives a one man show like myself ability to compete in the big leagues.
