> FuseBase: AI-Native Client Portal and Client Collaboration Platform for Client-facing Teams

Your clients already have AI. They can complete more routine work themselves, faster and cheaper than before. That changes what they value from agencies, consultants, professional services firms, sales teams, customer success teams, support teams, RevOps, onboarding, implementation, and operations teams.

FuseBase helps client-facing businesses move from legacy portals, scattered tools, and manual service delivery to AI-native client operations: a governed operating model where client work becomes visible, repeatable, easier to deliver, and easier to productize under your own brand.

Use FuseBase to improve delivery, increase client stickiness, and turn expertise into recurring revenue.

What FuseBase Helps You Do:
- Run branded client portals, onboarding hubs, deal rooms, partner workspaces, knowledge bases, approvals, and secure client collaboration in one environment.
- Give clients clear status, next steps, files, deliverables, and approvals without exposing your internal back office.
- Standardize repeatable client workflows across sales, onboarding, implementation, support, customer success, operations, and professional services.
- Turn proven workflows into reusable client systems, portal modules, workflow packs, client-facing apps, paid modules, and white-labeled solutions under your brand.
- Keep existing tools where they work while standardizing the client-facing foundation with roles, permissions, secure files, dashboards, integrations, and AI-assisted operations.

What Sets FuseBase Apart:
Traditional client portals store information. PM tools organize internal work. Automation tools connect predefined steps. Generic AI builders create apps.
FuseBase is built for the trust boundary of client-facing work: internal control, external simplicity, secure permissions, approvals, workflow state, client accounts, branded environments, and human-approved AI-assisted execution.
Clients get simplicity. Your team gets control. FuseBase handles the foundation in between.
Since 2014, FuseBase has helped teams adapt through shifts in collaboration, portals, AI, and client-facing apps. Today, FuseBase gives client-facing businesses a foundation to operate, productize, and grow in the AI-native era.

## Reviews

### "One of the three tools I’ve used most over the last few years. It’s indispensable to me." — 5.0/5

> **Manu** | *19 March 2026* | Business Supplies & Equipment | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Fusebase is a highly versatile tool that can be used for a wide range of purposes, from document management to a portal where your clients can access all the data you wish to share with them.
Everything I use on a daily basis is stored there: my price lists, various documents from my suppliers, backups of my invoices, and so on.
>
> **Cons**: Unfortunately, Fusebase is not yet as well known as tools such as Notion, and few tools have chosen to integrate with it.
>
> I’ve been using Fusebase for many years. Back then, it was called Nimbus Notes. I switched from Evernote to Nimbus because the storage limits were more generous. Over the years, the team has continuously developed the product, which is now incredibly more feature-rich, yet still at the same price. It’s probably one of the products that has seen the most impressive evolution of all those I’ve tested over the last 5 years.

### "A hub for all your internal and external communication needs\!" — 5.0/5

> **Verified Reviewer** | *24 September 2025* | Marketing & Advertising | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: FuseBase stands out as a versatile software solution, akin to a Swiss Army knife. It functions as an internal and external knowledge base, a CRM system, a communication hub, and a client portal... all seamlessly integrated. Additionally, it offers features for collecting e-signatures, sharing files, and utilizing AI agents, empowering you to build a truly comprehensive all-in-one platform. Also, there was not much of learning curve as we could adopt the tool quickly...

One more thing to mention is that they really care about security and are fully on top of all the necessary certifications.
>
> **Cons**: The platform's speed is impressive, though I wouldn't rank it as the best. They've recently announced a migration to a new and improved infrastructure. I'm eager to see how this will enhance performance.
>
> Like many agencies, we tried out a bunch of different tools, but we quickly hit a snag... managing multiple platforms for different tasks was a real headache\! It made our workflow a mess, and it also shot up our costs. We stumbled upon this tool, and we thought, “Why not give it a shot for a few months?” Our team was over the moon to have everything in one place. Plus, knowing the company had been around for ages, we felt confident they’d be a reliable partner.

We onboard a B2B client using FuseBase, and they were so impressed that they decided to use it too\!

### "Usable but useless" — 1.0/5

> **Torben** | *21 February 2021* | Computer Software | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Ability to import graphics
Better synchronizing than EverNote's
>
> **Cons**: They are removing features for export of data
Bad overview of notes
>
> I am leaving Nimbus Notes forever\! How much work do your notes represent for you? What if you have to move your valuable notes to another system? When I choose a new system or tool the first question I ask myself is: how do I leave it and take my data with me? Will I get stuck and my data taken hostage? The facilities for data migration are much more important than any other features of the system. Nimbus had a feature for export to JSON (beside HTML and PDF, which are hard to use for migration) and they promised to provide a migration API. I have been using Nimbus Notes for a few years trusting the JSON export and suddenly that feature disappeared\! "Plans have changed a bit", they told me - also about the API. After that there is no trust left. Don't go there\!

### "Great notebook for business" — 5.0/5

> **Lukas** | *25 February 2025* | Marketing & Advertising | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Great notebook app for business. I use it to keep business notes and back up documents.
>
> **Cons**: Some features are still limited and it can be a little buggy occasionally but they are constantly working on improving the product.

### "Great feature-packed note taking app\!" — 5.0/5

> **Adam** | *28 October 2021* | Marketing & Advertising | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: It is a great place to store all your notes. I really appreciate the option of sharing the notes with my team. They are able to create new notes and edit existing ones. The software is easy to use and there is a lot of ways in which you can customize your notes (especially the easy to use dropdown menu).
>
> **Cons**: Sometimes it can get a bit tricky to edit the text to your liking, since some options are quite hidden, for instance in order to undo an action you need to open up another menu, which can get annoying at times.
>
> I use Nimbus Note on daily basis and it is very convenient and probably the best place to store all my notes and documents.
