The platform has a good validation workflow, allowing the manager user to insert, for each indicator to be collected, a focal point responsible for entering the data, his superior for validating the data and even creating a user for external auditors. In addition, for each indicator, it is possible to insert attachments to prove the data entered and facilitate the validation of data by audit. > > **Cons**: It still needs to evolve in the integration with other internal platforms of the company to automate the collection of some data already managed by other platforms or ERPs. > > The area's day-to-day activities became much easier with data management on an automated and traceable platform, where each user can enter their data/indicator, as well as the documentation to prove the data.
