Electric AI is the worst company to work with possible. They outsource all of their support to India, and refuse to use proper network security controls. Their support stafff cant even follow BASIC SOPs and they have abysmal network security practices when it comes to remoting into customer environments. This isn't heresay - they REPEATEDLY remoted into secure environments FROM INDIA WITH NO VPN. They were contractually required to use a VPN to remote into our environment, and did not.
