> **Pros**: We are still using Givebutter because it functions like a ticket master.  Our community can purchase tickets to our events, then we use the Givebutter App to scan when they come to the concert or event.

> **Cons**: We cannot connect Givebutter to Salesforce via an easy, inexpensive connector, so we have to enter each donation by hand and no longer keep track in Salesforce of who has attended which concert or event.
> 
> I love Givebutter webinars that are positive, upbeat and inspirational\!  We started a monthly campaign after listening to one webinar and it is so nice to have donations coming in each month.

> **Pros**: it appears to be secure, and the platform is simple, straightforward, and able to do all the functions we are looking for as a non-profit... even on the free version\!

> **Cons**: If anything, I suppose the support for the platform has a lot of reliance on AI. I have not had a need to get in touch with a human csa, but if I did, it would be a new experience.

> This is the ideal platform for fundraising, especially to build pages/QR codes to promote events. One QR code can be used to take donations from any money transfer app, which is great\!
