I wanted something I could set up with little effort and Clepher delivered on that. I wasn't sure what to do with Manychat and that seemed like it was going to be more expensive anyway. With Clepher I was able to get things integrated and with the help of their wonderful customer support, have a working solution within a day. It has already helped with fielding inquiries. The company does not warn a subscriber of their renewal anniversary coming up. If the subscriber does not cancel prior to renewal, the company REFUSES to refund the next day. I am now out (Sensitive Content Hidden) for a product I am not using and they are refusing to be flexible on this. HORRIBLE\!\!\!\! AVOID\!\!\!\! > > VERY FRUSTRATED. This company refuses to perform common basic courtesy.
