They were committed to helping us get a system in place that would work for us. We are a counseling center of about 20 clinicians. They were nice people and good to work with from a personal stand point, but there were difficult for me to understand... I struggle with accents. The were also decent when we parted and reimbursed half the money invested.

The way that I describe my experience to people is that they said they were a family organization and when I signed on they said welcome to the family but then in our first meeting it was completely outsourced to India. The lead person with some familiar with our company and what we were trying to put together. They were good about improving the team to try to help us get to where we wanted to go. However it's like going to a company called used cars your way and they say yes we can help build a little convertible and then they bring out a 1980s ambulance and say well we just need to cut off the top. Their system is very Antiquated in my opinion and they were having to do a ton of work trying to fit our needs. I definitely appreciate that but you can't really create something from the ground up like that.

Easy to use once you know what you're doing, great response time from the help desk! I have had to email and call them and they resolved both issues in a timely manner.

High level customization! I like how easy it is for our organization to customize the platform to our exact needs down to every detail. We did not have to conform or adapt to other forms; we were able to use all of our own created formatting and they built the platform to design. It saved so much time on training and having too many versions of formatting.

We have not had any longstanding issues that we've disliked. If we encounter a challenge or barrier, or want something modified, our points of contact resolve it very quickly for us.

The EHR team if very responsive and supportive through the whole process and especially once you are up and running and run into an issue.
I also like how it includes all aspects needed for our profession. Once you know how to navigate, you can find what is needed. If not, the team will work on it to get it for you. For example, I needed to upload multiple documents to fax for various reasons and EHR made sure that was available to us. The team is willing to work on request that are "out of the box" from other companies, really meeting the "EHR YOUR WAY" as advertised.

It takes a while to learn all the full navigation (no help files). In fact, I am still learning features that I didn't know where there, however, if you submit a ticket, the team is FANTASTIC about one only explaining how to do something but also includes a step-by-step instruction to refer to.

I enjoy how simplistic and easy to use the documents are and how clients can easily interact with the forms for viewing and signing as well. It has made my life easier since switching

The day to day functionality has been smooth and easy to navigate, charts are easy to access and the built in organizing system makes it convenient to find files. It offers a messaging system between employees which has been extremely helpful working fully remote. EHR YOUR WAY support is also responsive and quick to answer questions.

What I like most is how easy the program is to use and has everything we need for our practice. I also like that if we had an issue, we could submit a ticket, and the ticket was acknowledged, and issue resolved in a timely manner.

Honestly everything was pretty easy, but the one concern was with the billing, running payments and having the credit card company process the payments longer than 24 hours. Once we noticed the issues and spoke with the team, it was resolved.

The thing that I enjoy most about using EHR Your Way is how easy it is to make/schedule/reschedule client appointments. It is also great to having all of the Client's information in one location through EHR instead of having to bring home numerous physical charts to do paperwork every night.

Sometimes EHR will have an error occur where a Client cannot be scheduled in a specific timeslot when availability is open. However, EHR Your Way support has always responded immediately to try and correct the issue.

I find it very easy to navigate through, most EMR systems can be very complex. I can add and edit features that I use in the office, I can send and create claims with ease, I can set alerts, and I can make appointments that are beyond simple. Just a great EMR

as an administrator, I am not always in the EHR system throughout the day and I sometimes forget that I have submitted a ticket for something to be changed and it doesn't email me, but then I remember and log into the system to see that there were further questions before they could make the changes I requested. I would like them to email or call me to finalize my IT ticket.

One of my favorite part about EHR is when we are able to access the chat box to send out messages or to recieve messages, it is a quick way to get in contact with my peers around me or the ones work from home, and the ones that are located in another facilty.

I think I stuggle with not being able to open more than 3 charts at once, sometimes i need to look at multiple charts at once and i can only do less than 3, and it is timing consuming when i need to be going back n forth and removing charts.

Fully customizable, intuitive, straightforward yet plenty of available features and options, implementation team is fantastic (as below). I have used many different EHRs and all are adequate at best, many are terrible. EHRYW is actually great. We have a unique practice that we feared we'd have to fit into the rigid constraints of most EHRs, but EHRYW worked with us patiently and thoroughly to design a program that works beautifully for our practice, is easy and intuitive, and streamlines our clinical and administrative workflow. Please don't mistake my 5-star review for lazy grading or hyperbole; this is the EHR we hoped we'd find.

EHRYW makes things efficient, is clear to both the clinician and the client, and makes sufficient documentation easy. This helps me keep my clients at the forefront of my time and energy. Basically EHRYW helps me clearly preserve the facts so that I can prioritize my clients' hearts.

As stated earlier, one improvement that could be helpful is to allow for filtering patient names towards either initials or MR numbers in the "Appointment Scheduler" dashboard on the daily/weekly/monthly views.

The sales presentations were well developed, professional, and created a deliberate illusion that this company was among the leading EHR vendors of the industry. Direct quote, “since the pandemic our team of software engineers has grown to over 90”. This was instrumental to our decision to contract.

What was not conveyed during the sales presentations was that their team of 90+ “software engineers” were independently contracted, foreign outsourced labor - credentials of which are unverifiable. We have since been notified that there are only two employees within the company, both conducting the sales presentations.

I like how EHRYW seems to grasp the flow and needs of mental health practice management. There is ease of access for clinicians for quick scheduling, quick progress notes, recurring appointments, etc. It allows a smoother daily charting and scheduling. I also really appreciate how we have been able to customize for our agency.

I would like for improvement of grammar especially when interacting with clients (e.g. email template for portal upload). I often catch grammatical mistakes in practice system. There are a few needed ways to continue smoothing out the process.

EHR your way has been helpful in managing my case load. Scheduling feature is beneficial to use for organization and has a variety of options for scheduling. I benefit from the feature that notify you when you are scheduling in a blocked window, when there is a conflict, or any adjust that needs to be made. The documents are easy to find in the client chart. The team at EHR is supportive, timely with responses, and willing to provide verbal, visual, or whatever support is needed for someone to understand a task they need to manage.

I found it difficult at first to navigate a new system, and that was just me as a user. I think many professionals can relate to change in formatting but once I learned about EHR through trainings, I have found myself comfortable and adjusted to the program.

EHR YourWay is easy to use, allows patient portal access, and allows us to make changes and build reports ourselves. When we ask for major changes, they always make it work. They have never said "no", instead they have told us better ways to capture the data we need or they tell us they will figure out how to make it happen. And they do.
