It feels intuitive from a practitioner perspective that other EHRs I’ve used have been sorely lacking. My current favorite thing is a new feature where you can see at a glance on the calendar if the progress note has been written for an appt or not. I’ve also reached out to customer service a handful of times and they’ve been super prompt and helpful\! But truly best of all, in mine and many, many, other therapists opinions is that they have not added ANY AI to the platform. This is such an incredible rarity these days and I’m so grateful for it. I don’t have to worry about my client’s privacy being violated by some awful planet ruining AI machine using their personal info to “learn”.
