As a small association that works with very tight budgets iMIS is a large portion of our annual budget. > > I have been using iMIS for over a decade. We are currently migrating to their Cloud Platform (called EMS), The desktop version was installed before I started with the association, and many aspects of how it was initially configured were questionable, and, in some instances, very difficult to correct. We have great expectations for the EMS version. An example; products that we sell in our store currently are all pinned to one shipping method. The EMS version allows for that to be handled on a product by product basis, which is a major improvement as we have been in the position of having to reimburse shipping costs for items that are digitally delivered. The issues were eventually addresses and resolved, but it took several months to address one of our tickets.
