API features allow users to push data into other systems in real time.

> **Pros**: Automation of repetitive administration to save user time and increase accuracy.  Time can be reallocated back to core teaching.

> **Cons**: The authentication login error with multiple users.  Had to scratch the bottom of the barrel for that one\!
