Great for Quick Demos

So far it has been great! Support is helpful, we have a library of demos, and we see real value from it.

Pros

I love the ease of use. Being able to put a demo together in a day, publish and distribute it really helped us stay agile and create a unique buying experience for customers.

Cons

Being relatively new, they’re still developing some features we’d like to see. But they are quick to release new things and we have everything we need.

Best product tour tool

Pros

- Personalization: You can use pratically everything that your brand is aligned with - F.e, colors, fonts- Ability to use html instead of only screenshots: This lets you use clickable elements and you can go between pages back and forth. It's really like using a page in real time- Integration with Hubspot (Forms, tracking of interactions)

Cons

While the integration with Hubspot is very good, it can also be bad because it takes a while to load an interaction. It could be faster. Sometimes we need to wait more than 10 minutes to have the product demo interaction tracked in hubspot.
