> **Pros**: - Personalization: You can use pratically everything that your brand is aligned with - F.e, colors, fonts- Ability to use html instead of only screenshots: This lets you use clickable elements and you can go between pages back and forth. It's really like using a page in real time- Integration with Hubspot (Forms, tracking of interactions)

> **Cons**: While the integration with Hubspot is very good, it can also be bad because it takes a while to load an interaction. It could be faster. Sometimes we need to wait more than 10 minutes to have the product demo interaction tracked in hubspot.
