She helps us translate what kind of ideas we would like to incorporate or change some existing functionality. This provides the sort of flexibility we like as times are changing. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been a great help overall with everything. Our IT is a bit strict with how things are done, but once we get things in place on our end, any changes or updates are easy to implement. > > **Cons**: What I like least are some things in the system feel weird to access/use and I think the UI is a bit dated. To add more context, like I mentioned with hoteling tool in the previous section, it seems a bit roundabout to create new spaces. There some other things that I can mention, but I'm sure we can iron those out in time. Regarding the UI, while it does the job, I definitely would like to see it update in the future. Hopefully dark mode is also integrated in the future as well. Since our department utilizes Cadapult quite a bit, the white background can stress out the eyes and make it hard to look at for long. > > Overall it has been great. But due to the uncertainty of Security and IT concerns we were unable to get it there.
