Cool Software To Track Amazon Marketplace Sales
Excellent. Solved a few annoying issues we had and sped up some reporting internally.
Pros
Amazon Support is the bee's knees if you ever need it. This software speeds up a process and gives you ore time to deal with other tasks. That time savings alone is enough to justify the cost for our company. The integrations are top notch.
Cons
The price, I can't use it for my personal side gigs as I wouldn't be able to justify the cost due to low sales volume via Amazon channel, it's more of a niche channel for me, compared to, say, eBay. Great for high-volume business use, in that case the price is pretty much negligible.

Exceptional Accounting Software with Unbeatable Features
We have been using A2X for almost a year now and haven't looked back. The software is incredibly intuitive and easy to use, making our accounting much smoother and efficient. The customer service has been excellent and the cost is unbeatable. We couldn't be happier with our experience so far and would highly recommend A2X to anyone looking for great accounting software.
Pros
A2X has been an absolute game changer for our business! The software is incredibly user friendly and makes reconciling accounts a breeze. It's also very cost effective and the customer service is top notch. We have been so impressed with the accuracy and speed of the software. Highly recommend!
Cons
The only issue we have experienced with A2X is the occasional difficulty in setting up more complex accounts. It took a bit of time and effort to figure out, but once we got the hang of it, we've had no problems. Overall, it's been a great experience!

Very useful for simple set ups But struggles on complexity
Turnover with FBA £300,000 with 4000 skus - FBA across the 5 EU countries of UK ,DE FR,IT ES
As we have our own website we our over Sales Thresholds for DE and FR
Germany at 19% VAT and France at 20% VAT supplies have to identified and paid to the correct government agencies the rest have to be paid to HRMC UK. Lots of analysis to work correctly.
The A2X mapping is a major headache but once identified imports into quickbooks correctly. Still in the process of getting mapping completely working. Problems with missing countries and jurisdictions
Pros
There is only perhaps 4 in the market and this is the only one that has a chance with quickbooks.
Reasonable attempt has been made to Cater for Multiple EU VAT countries, Inventory and mapping
Help desk has very knowledgeable staff about the product.
Attempts at downloads can be applied to QBO and erased if errors are made.
Cons
Mapping cannot be backed up and reapplied - constant crashing and having to start from scratch
Mapping not organised coherently - income mixed with fees - not enough breakdown of shipping

Great Integration Software for Amazon FBA sellers
A2X helps solve the issue of getting the Amazon settlement information correctly into Quick Books Online with ease as an Amazon 3rd party seller.
Pros
It is easy to navigate the process of the export of Amazon settlement reports and the import into Quickbooks online. The information has been accurate.
Cons
Nothing, it serves its purpose. I have not had any issues with software.

Absolutely essential for any and all Amazon sellers
Love love love! and plus their support staff is so fantastic and if you bring up any valid issues, they will often release a product update to solve that problem in a short amount of time.
Pros
It is really hard to get all the fees and discounts and fba related stuff charged correctly on your own out of Seller Central. A2X does it ALL and just maps and syncs directly to Xero. It's a game changer in terms of accuracy and efficiency.
Cons
Once there are a lot of skus, it can be tough to filter them to fill in missing costs for the cogs reporting.

Huge Time Saver
I am the controller for a Shopify business. A2X provides summaries matching perfectly to Shopify sales before it gets booked in QuickBooks online. I also have various collections I have to track separately in QBO and through A2X it automatically sets the classes I have setup in QBO. Also, A2X customer service is outstanding.
Pros
Summarizes Transactions...Integrates easily between Shopify and QBO...Helps track different collections from Shopify into QBO.
Cons
There are many advanced features that are not intuitive to use but A2X has great customer service to walk you through and help you set up the features.

I like that this software is so easy to use once it has been set up. It really does save time and with daily imports I know that my data is up to date.
Cons
The integration with the bookkeeping software wasn't difficult but it does take some time to set up the initial mapping process correctly.

Excellent Software!
Pros
Really quick to get started and setup with A2x. It only took a couple of minutes to get linked to amazon and xero and was much quicker than expected.
Cons
Can be expensive if you have more than one marketplace or need multi-currency options but overall it is worth the price considering the timesavings made.

Essential for Shopify users
A2X helps us understand shopify payments. Instead of a random amount being deposited into our checking account we are able to understand what the numbers represent. Vital.
Pros
I use A2X to breakout all the fees and various components of shopify payouts. A2X then seamlessly integrates into Xero, our cloud based accounting software of choice. Previously we were trying to figure everything out in Shopify and it was a huge headache. A2X lets us understand the aggregate data and is essential.
Cons
Their website takes a minute to navigate. Not a huge issue but it is maybe not quite as intuitive as it could be. But it is also pretty basic so it requires only a few clicks to find what you are looking for, not easy to get lost for long.

Huge Time Saver for Amazon Sellers!
This saves me so much time. This has turned what used to be a tedious, manual process into an easy, quick one.
Pros
It's a huge time saver. This alone justifies the cost (versus the time it would take one to do this all manually), even at a low value of time. Also, it integrates excellently with Amazon (which it should, as that's what it's designed for). It pulls all Amazon sales data in and maps it out in a way that's organized and easy to digest.
Cons
While it's essential for high-volume Amazon sellers, it doesn't help when it comes to selling on other platforms (like eBay, for example). Depending on your Amazon selling volume, the cost may not be as beneficial for you if you're selling elsewhere.

Does the job. Should be a normal Xero feature
Easy enough to setup and does the job for a low cost.
Pros
Setting up my account was simple and easily simplified my weekly accounting tasks. Setting a couple rules in a2x + xero means that all my orders (1-time & subscription) and refunds for Shopify stores are automatically tracked and logged for my biz's book keeping appropriately. Honestly perplexed how this isn't native to Xero's offering.
Cons
Figuring out the configuration changes when my banking/Xero changed meant that I also had to go fix my setup in a2x.

Excellent and very responsive.
Pros

Cons
A little pricy ($70/mo) as we only use it for Amazon every 2 weeks to ingest data after payout.

A2X: The best tool for amazon ecommerce users
We have been able to save lots of time when working with Amazon transactions
Pros
I like the functionality of this software and the fact that it makes accounting for amazon sales easier
Cons
Our company uses A2X for almost all of our clients. Every time a new client is added I have to go in and individually unsubscribe from all the updates from the client which is very annoying. I think the updates should be set on off as a default.

Life saver
Very positive - our accountants are very grateful!
Pros
It's makes an otherwise complex task simple - I'd spend hours with my accountants trying too figure out Amazon cashflow otherwise!
Cons
I think some more descriptions around the payments would be useful - thought this would need to come from Amazon

Saves Time, Great Value
Imports my transactions from Amazon and automatically categorizes sales and expenses. Also tracks COGS in the month my inventory is sold and debits my Inventory Asset account. Make reporting easier.
Pros
I recommend this app for anyone who wants to automate their accounting workflows. I use A2X for both my Amazon and Shopify transactions. It's been running in the background for over a year now without any issues.
Cons
Amazon and Shopify are separate accounts so sometimes you need to toggle back and forth, but its only a minor inconvenience.

The A2X software saves so much time and hassle
Pros
I love that A2X cuts out the laborious Revenue to Cash reconciliation process. It pulls together all the required sales and expense data from Amazon, and ties it to actual funds received from Amazon. In the end, Revenue, Expenses, & Cash from Amazon are all booked AND receive the proper month-end cutoff.
Cons
A2X is not very intuitive for the non-accountant (mostly because of all of Amazon's various item names), so I definitely recommend using it with your accounting advisor or having them set up the initial account mappings. After that, it's a breeze.

Great time saver!
Pros
Great piece of cloud service taking the hazel and headache out of the confusing Amazon payment schedules. Collects all line items from Amazon payment and presents them to be easily since with your accounting software. Awesome!
Cons
We have decided against using this software because of our customer backoffs structure. Our central hub is Dear Inventory Systems and A2X unfortunately does not integrate well with Dear. We would have ended up with two sales entries (one coming from A2X and the other form Dear) for each sales in Xero (our accounting platform); requiring us to manually go into Xero and start deleting duplicate sales/revenue entries for each order. That defeats the purpose of having an automation in place.

Tips for Using A2X for Amazon
While A2X is great to use, Amazon is still challenging, and so I find it a great plus that A2X has feature flags when Amazon is not right. A2X is an app and an ally for Amazon Sellers, I think.
Pros
What DO I like most about this software! Still using it and loving how much time it saves me from the minutiae. I can check reports against the data A2X is sending to Xero and go on with next tasks because it ties out! I have felt like a "numbers wrestler" for years, but with A2X, I can focus on bigger picture with my Amazon clients.
Cons
I can't think of anything. It gets the job done.
