On any given day I'm managing court deadlines, client communications, e-filings, pleadings, discovery, publications, billing, and hundreds of active matters at various stages of litigation and administration. Having everything organized in one place has been a game changer.&#10;&#10;What I appreciate most is that MyCase allows me to quickly pull up the complete history of a file without having to dig through emails, paper notes, or multiple programs. The case notes, task management, document storage, billing, and client communication tools work together in a way that helps me stay organized even when I'm juggling dozens of urgent matters at once.&#10;&#10;The billing features have also helped me better document the amount of work that goes into legal support services. As paralegals know, clients often only see the final product and not the research, follow-up, document review, court procedures, and administrative work required behind the scenes.
