Having a personal relationship with the people there helps a lot - not relying on chat or emails - they're quick to hop on a zoom or send a loom showing exactly what to do. Quick to fix something (Yahrtzeits)and split fields when needed to accomodate what we needed. > > **Cons**: Lack of ability to create reports in a style that is helpful to us (ie: directories, statements). Bringing the data over had some hiccups which we are all fixing, (they were helpful in assisting with this). Lack of ability to create labels in zip code order for bulk mail.
