Very poor support. No help docs in the software. UI is stuck in 1990s ( frames). Software is buggy and not tested. I listed 20 issues and they solved 2 including a business killer error message that would not allow your customer to pay when a product price is changed and they can’t even identify which one changed. We lost 1000s dollars in business and 1000s in licensing for this JUNK. DO NOT BUY. PERIOD. > > Very poor.
