I believe things linking together is so important for tracking purposes and making sure all departments are on the same page, whether it's sales, admin, memorial ordering, grounds, and management. I believe this is Plotbox's best feature. > > **Cons**: I believe there are things missing as far as Plotbox filters in certain modules that limit its capabilities to run the reports we need. For instance, we only order memorials once a headstone is paid in full, but we are unable to add a filter indicating when a headstone was paid in full.
