It is easy to use a schedule during a service. If something is skipped in the service, it is easily skipped in EasyWorship. Most everything is drag and drop to put it in the schedule. It works well with PowerPoint and videos.

Cons

You cannot drag and drop motion background from just any folder on your computer. They have to be in a specific folder.

Pros

"Easy" does describe the program. I have showed someone how to use it in an emergency, and if they have a relatively good understanding of computers and programs, they can use it and run it.
The video codec in EasyWorship 7 is better than having to download a couple different ones and hoping one of them works.

Cons

I used to dislike that in the "Presentation" editor that there was no save button. That has since been fixed in EasyWorship 7 with the "apply" button. There is not much I don't like about it.

Pros

It has a lot of different features.
For instance, you can set up a link to Song Select (if you have the appropriate subscription to Song Select), which makes downloading your song lyrics straight into your Easy Worship schedule really quick and simple.
You can do the same with youtube videos - which is again super efficient and helpful.
There is also a whole array of other functions (video or image backgrounds to slides) which I have not begun to use.

Cons

I have encountered a number of unresolved problems with this software.
1. I have not been able to import Powerpoint presentations into an EasyWorship Schedule. There is a simple way to do this in the program - but it will not work when (and yes we are running latest versions of Easy Worship and Powerpoint). As a result we have to save Powerpoint presentations as jpeg files and then import them into Easy Worship schedules - which is a pain.
2. When the Easy Worship software updated it disconnected itself from our Easy Worship Library we had created on our laptop. This can be easily fixed, but it caused a major problem/panic at the beginning of one of our services, and it was not clear to a lay person like myself what on earth was wrong. It was embarrassing to start church 30 mins late because of this.
3. We have found the software is a bit unstable if you have Powerpoint open and running at the same time as Easy Worship. For some reason they don't seem to get along.
4. We have EasyWorship installed on two different laptops in our church (one used by the Pastor at home, one used at church for presentations). We tried to set up a shared, synced Easy Worship library on Google Drive that both laptops could share. Easy Worship did not like us doing this. After repeated attempts and problems we realised that Easy Worship and the syncing process on Google Drive were not getting on with each other. It is annoying that we are unable to have one synced Easy Worship library!

Easyworship is very easy to navigate and a powerful tool to use in our worship service.

Cons

Easyworship doesn't have a bible version of our language. It is best if some of the resources will be given for free.

We just switched from Song Show Plus to Easy Worship. Easy Worship is easier for my volunteers to use. We like the media that's available through the premium package. The price is good. It runs smoothly with our computer (SSP was very glitchy). It is easy to get new songs from Song Select.

We like everything so far. There are still a lot of features we haven't tried yet.

For someone that doesn't know a lot about computers, EasyWorship is easy to use. The rare times that we have needed to contact support, they have always been very quick to respond to us and have been able to fix our issues with little problem, which is great!

Couple of things: The search bar is not easy to use sometimes. For example, finding "Mother's Day" content, the first few things that popped up were Canada Day instead.
The help articles sometimes are hard to understand.
This could just be a "me" thing, but I don't like going onto my web browser and downloading the content I want (because it's easier to see on the web then the actual app) but I can't seem to transfer it over from my download to the actual program.
10 minute countdowns are hard to come by even with premium, you have to pay for most of them.

With version 7, it is stable and reliable.

Do not have anything to speak of. I'd say the length of time it took to upgrade from ver 6 to ver 7. But, I would rather them take their time to do a proper rewrite and test then to rush an imperfect product to the public like some companies do. So not really a dislike.

There is nothing that we dislike about EasyWorship. As with any IT the user needs to study how to use it properly. The training videos are excellent for this.

There are so many options that depend not only on budget but also on the ability of staff and/or volunteers to implement it.

Easyworship does not lack the features, it does not make you watch hours of tutorials and it does not give you a headache...most of the time. It's easy to edit, easy to get scripture, easy to make your announcements and import lyrics, and it's easy to display. One media is imported, it's easy to access and even filter through files to find exactly what you need. CCLIs are easy in, and easy to edit for your Worship teams specifications. You can shotgun, or preset scripture for the fast or patient preachers. And it's even got a built in web function for all your non downloaded needs.

Cons

If you use OBS or another streaming platform to livestream your services, you'll probably find it difficult to format the auxiliary output for 1/3rd lyrics and or scriptures, and as of this moment we're still trying to figure out how to get it right. PDFs you cannot import unfortunately. Also importing files in general take a bit longer, but it's not terrible. The transition between slides sometimes don't work from my experience, although it could be just the lack of the lyrics being formatted right.

It allows me to easily navigate through scriptures and also search for specific words in scriptures if I don't know the exact reference.
It also allows me to easily switch between different profiles depending on the need during service.
I can create my own themes and customize them to my liking depending on the need.

It doesn't allow me to edit images. Sometimes there are images I'd like to use but would like to customise them. I'd need to use a different software to edit them. Could it be possible to add a feature that allows you to add filters to the imported media files or also crop them.

It's very easy to use aoftware. It supports many filetypes. You can present media, presentation, scriptures and obviously song lyrics. Very friendly UI and you can learn it very fast. It supports stage display which is very helpful for us.

It is not as complex as propresenter, you can t very change what is displayed on the stage screen. It would be also helpful a feature where you can rearrange temporarily a song (like in propresenter)

You can't copy and paste from previous schedules. You have to insert the whole schedule and delete the portions that you don’t need, which gets irritating. The basic version should have more motion graphics available rather than just one. If you use them regularly in your schedule, you have to create multiple presentations to keep the flow of the service.

I have been using Easy Worship since 2020. I enjoy the simplicity yet the professional presentation it offers. I even recommended the software to a few other houses of worships that are very happy with the product. I love it.

EasyWorship helps busy pastors and volunteers use their time where it can best be spent. Our youth groups and Bible Studies have been much more streamlined and simple to plan and organize, and more time is spent discussing The Lord's word than fingering through our Bibles to find the pertinent verses, due to the simple Text Search feature.

It would be nice if future versions of the program didn't make the prior programs as obsolete, though I do understand that the changes they have made in the fundamental nuts and bolts of the program make it very difficult for it to be backwards compatible. The change from Access to CCLI on line within Easy Worship. Now you have to sign at the bottom try to find the song but you don't get to see any words until you import and so when there's several of the same name it's very tedious. We used to go directly to CCLI through Easy worship and could see all content/ key choices /Composers/ could print different sheet music and could then import the correct song
