> **Pros**: We love that everything is in one place-financial, violations \&amp; requests. Once an invoice, violation or request is posted, it remains there--no more loosing paper. Being a self-managed volunteer HOA Board, everyone has their own busy life so we always have a problem with follow-up, EasyHOA is helping us because we can easily see what is due or what violation has been sent and needs follow-up. I love their customer service, they are very attentive and quick to respond. I also liked that we had one team member to help us with the set-up; not the call in and speak to the next available agent who didn't know us from Adam. Professionally I was a CFO and went through many software implementations in my career of which every one was a nightmare and required many individuals to implement; we had 2 people to get EasyHOA up and running and it was so easy and quick and to get people trained to use it. They are very good at trying to implement additional functions based on issues, questions or suggestions we have made.

> **Cons**: It would be nice to have the "Reports" section improved to allow more reports or the creation of our own reports and to be able to modify what is included in an existing report. It would be nice to have some feature to know or be reminded that a primary homeowners doesn't have email or telephone so we need to print \&amp; mail. I understand they are working on a feature to have roles within the Board members to limit what can be changed and by whom.

> My overall experience has been exceptional, the EasyHOA guys are easy to talk to, attentive and responsive and the getting up and running process was basically painless. I am the HOA Treasurer and took over a year ago; I found that we struggled with retaining good and consistent financial and CC\&amp;R violation records especially when a board member changed to a new person. We struggled with follow-up but having everything on one place is solving those issues; I believe that in the long run our Board Members will be more involved and less stressed in doing the things the Board needs to do. I also believe that our Homeowners will be more involved with their community and board because of the transparency we are achieving through EasyHOA.

> **Pros**: Our 8 unit self managed HOA signed up with EasyHOA in July 2025. There was definitely a learning curve in getting all our information loaded and all our old documents sorted and filed on the website. The support staff is very, very helpful and helped me every step of the way. No matter what my questions were, they answered them promptly and courteously. After using the system for several months, I find it easy to use. Being able to pay condo fees online has made life so much easier and faster for me as treasurer. &#10;I like that everything is documented and the handover to any future treasurer should be much simpler. &#10;I did investigate getting finance only management from local companies, but their quotes were hundreds of dollars a month to do essentially the same thing &#10;we are getting from EasyHOA for a much more reasonable cost.&#10;The website does offer other features, such as an up to date directory, tracking of repair requests, voting, surveys, and communicating within the website rather than your personal email inbox. I'm gradually trying to introduce these features as I think they will be beneficial.

> **Cons**: I do find the budget prep and end of year accounting a little inflexible. I would love to be able to issue an EOY treasurer report, but there is not a report for that yet. All the info is there, as all the expenses are categorized and tracked, but I had to do some manual charts to be able to sum it up in a simple form.&#10;I found a few issues in prepping the 2026 budget where items I archived in the chart of accounts were still showing on the new budget.

> **Pros**: The initial concept was my favorite part of EasyHOA. The customer service seems to be above average. Unfortunately, the customer service representatives can’t change or fix the system so we end up having polite conversations that really don’t go anywhere.

> **Cons**: The interface is slow, we understood the neighbors would have more access by interacting through the directory, the email and text services are not easy to access, the forms are annoying due to the fact that a owner must login to access them so they get recorded as a request.
> 
> A bit disappointed, I didn’t know I was going to feel this way until after we had set up so many files and sold the neighborhood on it so I feel a little stuck with it to be honest.

They made the setup process quick and simple, and even added custom functions specifically for our needs. The best part is their customer service — they always answer the phone, respond quickly, and take the time to walk us through any questions without ever making us feel rushed or silly for calling.&#10;&#10;They also helped us seamlessly integrate the owner login tab directly into our existing website, which made things incredibly easy for our owners. Their pricing is extremely reasonable, especially for the level of personal service and support they provide.&#10;&#10;We highly recommend Easy HOA for any association looking for a reliable, responsive, and user-friendly management solution\!

> **Pros**: Homeowners have indicated it is easy to use.  The system admins found it relatively easy to use and learn.  The support topics and videos are great\!  Calling into support is also great\!  They are very pleasant and helpful.  It is great value for the money.  Online payment processing is easy to set up.  The use of templates and the ability customize them is also a huge benefit.  The app does everything we need from dues, violation, and request management.

> **Cons**: The reports are good but can be better.  We are still working with the reports so we may not be fully aware of which will give us what we need.
