> **Pros**: Toegang tot APM is goed beveiligd en dat is mi. een 'must' met alle digitale dreigingen om ons heen. Verder kan er gefilterd en gezocht worden waardoor 'inzoomen' tijdens een controle ronde goed mogelijk is.

> **Cons**: Soms mis ik alerts van de hoogste prioriteit op de 'landingspagina' waarop ik APM binnenkom. Dat is onwenselijk omdat mi. daarmee een onnodig risico genomen wordt op het 'missen' van belangrijke alerts.

> Wanneer je de 'eigen' ICT omgeving kent is die in APM goed herkenbaar. Echter, wanneer er zaken wijzigen duurt het nogal eens erg lang voordat de 'maps' worden aangepast. Dat zou mi. echt nog verbetering behoeven en snelheid (van het verwerken van wijzigingen in de infrastructuur) door de aangewezen technici van Acknowledge is daarin een belangrijke factor.
