You can really set the system up for your unique needs. We have multiple volunteer opportunities each with their own onboarding requirements and vome makes it easy to keep track of where each volunteer is in the process. > > **Cons**: It can be a little buggy, but this hasn't significantly impacted my ability to function and get things done. If you change the size of the screen it will kick you out of pop up screens, the email is giving me troubles (but currently being worked on), sometimes when you click on something it won't populate, you have to click multiple times.
