I like that it links with a few other programs we use in the field. Creating a customer is super easy and I like that we can customize information on the account. Invoicing is really simple and the look of the customer portal and the invoices are very clean and user friendly. I like that we are able to go into the customer portal so if our customers have questions, we can see what they are seeing and walk it thru with them. I do like that it shows when we can expect a deposit in our account as far as payments go. The timeclock feature is really great for keeping track of everyone. The value for our money is defiantly there\!\!\! > > **Cons**: This could be user error, but closing out a re-occurring job is a little difficult. It is a robust platform, self explanatory, with an easy to access kbase and IT support. As the primary scheduler for a business running on recurring clients on a set schedule, I really value the notes section of client pages, the multiple scheduling views, and the ease of editing schedules and clients. The ability to integrate other products, like Gusto, MailChimp, and LiveSwitch is incredible. The communication setting for clients are easy to use, and integrate well. Love the client hub that can be linked to your website. Invoicing is simple and effective. The platform is rarely buggy. > > **Cons**: I would appreciate more options for business with dedicated recurring schedules. More options for team management would be valuable; being able to add employee addresses to the map view for calculating routes on recurring services, or have visual database of a team member’s dedicated client list (showing scheduling openings, etc) would be super valuable.
