HoneyBook is the best.
I love this program. I'm not sure if there is anything really like it on the market and I don't care to look. This program has everything I need to keep up with the day to day in my business.
Pros
I love this program. This is great for photographers and event planners. Likely could be good for another business as well, but as an event planner this program allows me to get inquiries, navigate them through the pipeline stage of booking, invoice clients and send contracts, process payments and build task management and automations all in one place. This program does so much, and connects to QuickBooks which is a huge bonus for me.
Cons
There isn't really much about the program that I dislike. I don't like that the automations now have two types of files (legacy and templates). They are basically the same and it really makes no sense to me why they exist separately, but it doesn't impede on using the software. Also, the reporting is good but it doesn't really make sense as it's not as functional as I'd like. You can't look at a report in the program, you have to download every time, but, I make due with what's available.

Great for basic client tracking and proposals. Slowest for payment deposits.
I use the super basic functions of the platform. I am aware of the other great tools it offers - my business just can't afford the pro costs. I am on my fourth year using HB and still trying to figure out how to use some of the features.
Pros
I purchased Honeybook primarily to keep my client details in a single location while gaining the ability to send proposals and invoices for the clean, professional touch. This area is very easy to use without having to hire a pro.
Cons
To use all the features of CRM, you need to hire a pro who can set you back at least $2k. Also, the payment deposits are the slowest on the market - days! If you use Square, you get the deposit the next day - same for all other CRMs. If you receive a payment on a Wednesday, for example, you won't get that deposit until at least Monday.
Reasons for Switching to HoneyBook
I chose Honeybook for the invoice tracking and easy client setup. I had hoped to figure out more features to get more out of the offering but I just got lost in the lack of finding videos how to use the tools for my needs.- Industry: Design

Honey Could Be Sweeter
It's good for the user that wants everytning in one place and doesnt need to customize much. It has potential and room to contend with others down the road.
Pros
Simple at times and easy to navigate once you get used to things.
Cons
Customization was very limitrd. Not being able to add a designed invoice was a deal breaker for me.

Must see > if you need it, they have it!
I loved the articles and it definitely helped me determine what I did need. I was a little overwhelmed though. With that said, I was just a beginning business so I wasn't even sure what I needed. For what was there it was fantastic.
Pros
Honeybook is very dynamic. If you need it, it is most likely included.
Cons
It became a little overwhelming when I was starting my business. It offered more than I needed. (good problem to have!)

There's not much to like about it. It meets all of the things I was looking for in a CRM.

Near Perfect Helper
Overall, I live using Honeybook. It has helped me keep my client's information and projects easily managed.
Pros
I appreciate having all of my client's information in one place. I also like that it can be integrated with email, you can create documents and so on.
Cons
I would like more creative ability within the documents. Also don't like how some of the documents including invoices interact. It's hard to explain. It's both easy and complicated at the same time.

HoneyBook is Sweet
My overall experience with HoneyBook has been mostly positive. There have been so many updates recently that it can be hard to keep up but all the changes have been very welcome.
Pros
What I like most about HoneyBook is that you can have your scheduler, contracts, products and checkouts all in one platform.
Cons
What I like least about HoneyBook is that there is no way to add a global discount code to a product or all products.

Waste of Time
Frustrating I wasted an entire day trying to use it
Pros
Nothing I didn't get a chance to use it. I wasted an entire day setting it up and then couldn't send an invoice.
Cons
Absolutely not user-friendly. I have used quite a few payment platforms but couldn't even send an invoice using this program.

If you would like to be charged for a questionable product use HoneyBook
Pros
If I could think of a pro I would add it. If you are looking to be overcharged and never refunded use this software.
Cons
No customer service. When they charge incorrectly you cannot reach them to get it corrected. Product was not impressive to start to have to deal with this billing issue.

HoneyBook has streamlined so much of our small company's communications and lead generation
We've been using Honeybook since 2022, mainly to organize our lead generation and some aspects of client-level communications. It's largely been a success, leaving us more time to focus on execution of our own projects rather than having to worry about timing and logistics associated with client relations (obviously an important point in public relations!).
Pros
I like how comprehensive HoneyBook is in listing out contact details, project history, and communication points pertinent to specific clients of ours. It's been very easy to organize leads, inquiries, and potential client leads. Lastly, I definitely appreciate the automated capabilities with sending out contracts, invoices and follow-up emails.
Cons
I haven't quite gotten around to learning all aspects of the software yet!

HoneyBook: Simplifying Business Management for Freelancers and Small Businesses
Overall, HoneyBook is a fantastic tool for streamlining your business operations, especially if you’re a freelancer or run a small to mid-sized business. It combines a ton of features into one easy-to-use platform, saving you time and effort on admin tasks
Pros
I love how it combines so many features in one place, like project management, invoicing, and client communication. The templates for proposals and contracts save a ton of time, and the automation features help keep everything running smoothly without a lot of manual effort. Plus, the integration with other tools like Google Calendar and QuickBooks makes syncing your work a breeze.
Cons
The mobile app, while handy, doesn’t offer all the features available on the desktop version, which can be a bit frustrating when you're on the go. Also, it’s a bit pricey, so it might not be the best option if you’re just starting out or have a tight budget.

Most efficient book
Pros
One feature I appreciate is the safe online payment site, which gives my clients peace of mind and enables them to conveniently make purchases without worrying about security. An enormous amount of time was spared for me by the inclusion of thorough templates. It gives my clients all the information they require to move forward and even enables them to e-sign documents with ease. There is nothing about Honey Book that I truly despise. Every privately held company owner should use this platform, in my opinion. It is a transforming tool that takes the administration of your company to new heights, making it a crucial ally on your entrepreneurial journey.
Cons
There is virtually nothing about HoneyBook that I could ever say I don't like. HoneyBook has actually captured my heart. If I had one wish, it would be for a wider variety of design possibilities that are especially suited for producing compelling proposals and brochures. My love and admiration for HoneyBook, however, remain unwavering despite this nagging longing. Its extensive capabilities and user-friendly UI unquestionably improved my business operations to remarkable levels.

The essential tool for freelancers
The intuitive interface of this platform makes it easy for me to navigate and use it, even for those with less experience in business tools. I especially like the variety of customizable templates and layouts they offer, which allow me to tailor documents and communications to my brand image while maintaining a consistent, professional appearance.
Pros
What I like the most about this platform is its ability to centralize all my business needs in one place. The seamless integration of proposals, invoices, contracts, payments, and scheduling allows me to stay organized and save valuable time.
Cons
One of the areas where I feel this platform could use some improvement is its reporting and analytics functionality. While the platform provides basic data on projects, payments, and clients, I would like access to more advanced and customizable metrics that allow me to more closely track how my business is performing.

An All in One Platform for Automatic Workflows
This is one of the best automatic workflow systems I have used. Perfect for maintaining contracts and setting up auto-billing. I love that it reminds you when you have new leads so that you remember to follow up. This is perfect for running my business.
Pros
This is a great tool for sending invoices, signing contracts, booking and scheduling appointments, tracking inquiries, managing projects, accepting payments, and sending forms. It is incredibly easy and fast to set up and use, this is a really powerful tool.
Cons
I have no complaints except that the proof reading capability could be enhanced in the platform and/or translation options available.

Amazing platform for me
I like HoneyBook to be a great tool for streamlining my business as a freelancer, entrepreneur, and graphic designer. It provides me with a variety of templates and tools to help automate busy work, increase bookings, and save time and money. While there are some areas that could use improvement, overall I find HoneyBook to be an excellent tool for streamlining my business processes.
Pros
I'm a freelancer and entrepreneur and I've been using HoneyBook to automate my repetitive and time-consuming activities. It's been a great help in simplifying my business operations and saving me time and money. With HoneyBook, I'm able to triple my bookings and grow my business. It's the perfect tool for me.
Cons
As a business owner and freelancer, I find HoneyBook to be an excellent tool. However, there are a few areas where it could use improvement. For instance, while it has many templates and tools to help streamline business processes, I find it difficult to customize the software to fit my individual needs. Additionally, the user interface can be challenging to navigate for those who are not tech-savvy, making the learning curve a bit steep.

A good software to manage workflows and business processes.
HoneyBook is an excellent choice for creative entrepreneurs and freelancers who are looking for a comprehensive business management tool that can help them streamline their operations and improve their efficiency.
Pros
HoneyBook is its all-in-one functionality. The platform provides users with a range of tools and features that can help them manage their business operations from a single dashboard. This includes tools for managing leads, creating and sending contracts and invoices, and tracking payments and expenses.Another advantage of HoneyBook is its user-friendly interface. The platform is designed to be intuitive and easy to use, with a range of templates and pre-built workflows that can be customized to fit your specific needs. Additionally, HoneyBook provides users with access to a dedicated customer support team, as well as a range of online resources and tutorials to help them get the most out of the platform.
Cons
HoneyBook offers a range of pricing plans that are designed to be accessible to businesses of all sizes, the cost can add up quickly if you require a large number of features or have a high volume of transactions.Another potential issue with HoneyBook is its limited customization options. While the platform does provide users with a range of templates and pre-built workflows, some users may find that these are not customizable enough to fit their specific needs.
