At its core is Arcturus, the AI scheduling engine built by SkyPlanner's own team. Arcturus computes an optimized production plan in seconds while respecting real-world constraints: machine and workforce capacity, shift calendars, material and inventory availability, setup times, and delivery dates. When a machine goes down or a rush order lands, the Autopilot feature reschedules automatically, so the plan on screen always reflects the real state of the factory.

A documented REST API with webhooks exchanges orders, BOMs, capacities, and work confirmations in both directions with virtually any ERP, MES, or business system, including SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Odoo, QuickBooks, MRPeasy, Unleashed, and Google Sheets.
