Litify does regularly update their software which at times has bugs with the release but they do their best to address these bugs in a timely manner. Things are definitely slower than when I started a couple years ago. The colaboration with Banjax is the worst part becuase I can't tell if the document actually sent or if it just started processing. > > I like the organization of Litify, It's flexible as far as who can see/have access to what. The integration was very difficult but that was not due to Litify but was due to the organization that provided the integration services. The Litify rep that we have has gone above and beyond to help us. We are working with another support organization and things are looking much better.
