About Classe365

Classe365 is a cloud-based learning management system (LMS) and student information system (SIS) suitable for educational institutions. The software helps educators manage their students and course content and offers blended learning tools, discussion platforms and more. Classe365’s pre-admission processes allows students to register for classes digitally. Customer relationship management tools include a click-to-call tool and scheduling email follow-ups. Finance and accounting features let users manage grants and scholarships, and analytics reports include student behavior and grades. LMS features include self-paced courses, quizzes and tests, video classrooms and discussion forums. Add-on features include alumni management, a private social network for students and teachers, an online school items store and campus recruitment. Classe365 also offers integrations with Canvas LMS, Google Apps, Intercom, Office365, Mailchimp, PayPal and Stripe. Monthly and annual subscription pricing is available. Classe365 also offers mobile apps for iOS and Andriod devices.

Very happy with Classe365

Pros

Easy to use, superb support with technical issues/bugs, prompt resolution by development team.

Cons

Some bugs that were initially problematic and affected performance, but that was addressed and fixed when we raised this with the Classe365 team.

Classe365 for all schools

Pros

I like everything about Classe365. Form features, Tasks, and LMS are very impressive.

Cons

Once you create forms and tasks, their order cannot be rearranged, which is annoying. I hope they can come up with a plan to permit users to rearrange orders.

Good value for money

Pros

Academic admin staff find the student information system is easy to use.

Cons

There's still a lot of work to be done in the admissions module. An interactive admissions portal facilitating the back and forth between applicant and admissions staff will make this much more usable.

Don't Think Twice to Get Classe365 for your School

It has been 4 years with Classe365. We have no big issue. The features inside are good enough and easy enough to use and hand over to any new comers. The support team is very attentive to help in time with clear instructions and help.

Great product at an accessible price

Pros

Classe365 is developing all the time and i´m sure will soon become one of the leading LMS on the market. I love the attendance management feature and virtual classroom management.

Inexpensive and modular system for small schools

My overall experience has been positive. Support is excellent. I never have to wait long for responses to my inquiries.

Pros

Classe365 is easy to set up. It has many video and written tutorials that assist in setting the system up for my clients.

With its modular implementation, it makes it inexpensive especially for small institutions.

Cons

Some features are lacking especially in the forms section. It would be ideal to include conditional logic to make the forms more professional.

Great software with an excellent answer from all the team

Cascais School of Arts & Design use Classe 365 since 2018. During this years we needed some assistance and the team it was always disposable to answer our questions and resolve little problems. Sometimes they add new add ons with that tasks to the software and included at new versions. During 5 years we follow the growing of Classe365 from a small to a global company. They growth but they continuous to answer us like when they were small and this is very good and unfortunately never happen with companies that growing sow fast. Ashley continues to be disposable to Big and small companies and that's very good!

Pros

Classe365 have all the modules that our school needs with a sample intuitive and nice design. All the software it's easy to use from our team and from our students.

Cons

would be great if the financial module could have connection with Portuguese invoice software with Government financial rules in Portugal.

Classe365 User Since 2021 And Still Loving It

When we first set up with Classe365, the support team was fantastic in helping us getting everything set up. We had spent countless hours and live calls with them to ensure all the student data was imported, the CRM tool allowed to transfer new admission data to our student management database, and LMS was set up correctly. They understood that if we were set up for success from the beginning, then there would be less problems once we launched Classe365 to our students. Our teachers and students love Classe365 because they can access through their mobile (app) and teachers can communicate via social platform. All of the teaching notes, videos, discussions are also available for our students to reference. Since 2021 when we first started using this tool, it has made a tremendous difference in the entire process (in-take, admission, student management, LMS, reporting, payments) in how our school is operated.

Pros

The interface is easy to use, set up is straigthforward and dynamic, has many integration options (Zoom, Quickbooks, PandaDoc) that allows for a seamless transition, response time from the tech support team is quick and thorough, and they're constantly evolving to make sure they stay relevant in the industry.

Cons

Classe365 has their general onboarding documents, and we have created our own onboarding documents that are specific to our school for our admininstrator, teachers, and students. The issue we run into is that there are new functionalities being introduced constantly (which is a good thing) but this requires us to constantly update our own onboarding documents to reflect the new changes. The administrator may be informed of the new changes but can be tricky to communicate these changes to the students/teachers. We are also a small business so we don't always have the time to review all of the new functionalities so would be great if we can speak to a representative once in awhile to review whether we can adapt these new tools/functionalities to our business model.

Reasons for Switching to Classe365

I chose Classe365 over alternative products because it is an affordable one-stop shop platform for a small business and this product is dynamic enough for large institutions as well. I was also able to speak with their team before we decided to go with this platform and they were able to answer and address all of the questions I had which reassured me that this tool would make our lives easier from administrators to teachers to students. This product is well thought out to capture all of the processes from in-take to student learning and management. They don't stay status quo and are always evolving to be better and stay updated to the latest learning tools. Highly recommend it.

Truly the best

Have properly tested Moodle, Canvas, WordPress LMS's LearnDash and TutorLMS for a good 2 years. Can honestly say all things considered ClassE365 is hands down the best by far. Easy to use, highly functional, looks modern and inviting and super quick. Never experienced down time.

Pros

Love the hierarchy structure of classes/sections. Highly customisable. Having academic sessions is a game changer.

Cons

They integrate with Zapier but need more actions and triggers. $50/month for each module is too much.

I don't like it the way to compose an email.It is not userfriendly to write a text in it. If I click on a link to check if it is correct I loose the whole email.

Convinced by Classe365

Pros

The best about Classe365 is how easy it is to create new fields, new forms, new courses. It has a great flexibility. At the same time I feel that all the information about our students and courses are in a safe place. I also like a lot the relation to my customer service dude, [sensitive content hidden], who is very available, who knows everything about my institution and who has always worked through every request until solution.

Cons

I don't know yet, need to find out. We didn't contract all the modules. The ones we're using we're more than happy with them.

Valuable online learning platform for schools and language institutions

Professional, quick response and always have passion on the work. Classe365 has a very good team to develop the products.

Pros

Classe365 provides valuable functions and a beautiful interface with a really reasonable price. It helped my institution provide all courses online. In addition, their customer service left me a really good impression. Their service and feedbacks are always quick and helpful.

Cons

The storage space is a bit small to these institutions like GoEast Mandarin. It would be great if they could use a feature that compress and save the storage of all files, like documents, ppt, videos and audios.

Smart and simple platform

Pros

The platform is straightforward to use, and for small companies, its features are good enough to implement the e-learning system in any organisation.

Cons

Several times we asked them for custom fields, but the answer was always we would work on it, or it was not possible now. Sometimes the area of lack of customization creates frustration.

CUSTOMER SERVICE KEY FOR SELECTING SOFTWARE

After considering 4 or 5 options from the Capterra recommended list we choose Classe365 because of the integrated functionality from Administration to class room, the implementation was quite straight forward and for it was by far the best value for money when you consider features of having an LMS, LIBRARY, ACCOUNTING and many other modules that the other software just didn't have. The support offered is simply outstanding.

Pros

The most outstanding reason for choosing Classe365 is the ongoing customer support, the response time has been excellent and they are willing to actively help resolve questions.
Simplicity of using the software made it easy implement into our environments and the added features of an LMS, E-SHOP, Accounting and many other features made the software very functional for us.

Cons

Maybe some features could be explained a bit clearer, we were not aware of some of the features and i think if Classe365 could either highlight them or explain them would make it easier to implement.

Classe365 Review

I have had some report structure issues with the required layout of our reports and this has just been resolved with the tireless help of [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] via contact support.

Pros

The software is really user friendly and there are so many articles and resources to help organisations set everything up, not to mention the support staff are really patient and will work with you to resolve any issues. Since implementing the software in 2019, it has dramatically improved efficiencies in our student enrolment and reporting processes.

Cons

There are still a few features it would be good to see improved as part of the core subscription including more flexibility with scheduling in the program (e.g. being able to schedule multiple classes and resources at once). As well as an integration with Outlook calendar so spaces can be booked through the program. It would also be good to have the ability to duplicate whole term schedules to save in having to create each term's schedule from scratch.

This is a very innovative software that is really needed now in modern day schools.

Pros

With the present size, growth and intensity of a school these, days an important informations system is required to make sure everything is running smooth and in order and Classe365 does just that. There are a lot of features, especially creating classes online and improving the communication between students and teachers. The software is easy to use and I highly recommend it.

Cons

There are no cons I can think of as it does its job very well and very effectively.

Pros

Cloud-based system, easily accessible to authorized users - especially like the ability to text and email students directly from Classe365.

We are an international college and the pre-admissions module combined with online payments and student portal make it easier to communicate with potential students prior to arriving in the county.

The customization of this software combined with the Classe365 support team allows us to synchronize our internal and regulatory processes with the software system, rather than the software system dictating our internal processes.

Cons

Need to access the software from Google Chrome, can use other browsers, but lose functionality but not a huge inconvenience.

We have implemented Classe365 into our organisation and the positive outcome are many to say the least. Makes running a training organization easy

Pros

Its flexibility to customer needs--integrates with most key supporting platforms. Does it all--Student Management System, CRM, Learning Management System, E-Commerce, Alumni Support, Parental Friendly, and provides all the necessary billing, accounting, and payment support. Most of all it is inexpensive, especially for those starting up.

Cons

No significant functionality problems. Class365 should upgrade the look of the site to make it a little more modern and high tech.

Love Classe365 - the product is great but their innovation and support approach is better!

Hugely reducing our admin load by enabling students to self serve their information and also the finance module reduces manual tracking
Future proofing our organisation - currently our database is managed in FileMaker by 1 person. This isn’t sustainable

Pros

I love the design - it’s clean, professional looking and gives students a great introduction to our organisation. The LMS module is very comprehensive, love the testing module and how easy it is for students to self serve their own information.

Cons

Sometimes it’s not very intuitive. The bulk upload functionality can be very clunky to be honest. Some of the attendance tracking also the user experience is a bit painful. Some of Our business processes are quite specific so it’s been a lot of work to adapt those to how classe works. But we felt that was worth it because of the benefits we would realise

Modular Goodness

They have been very receptive to me and my wants. Ashleigh and his team are very good at getting back quickly to help out.

Pros

Setting up was simple, customer support is very good and they have managed to make the majority of the changes or settings that we required.
The interface is easy to use, the app works well and overall reception to it by all stakeholders has been positive.

Cons

The only thing that I really would like to change is being able to completely separate the school reports out into separate terms on different pages or sections, rather than one continuous report for the year.

Automation of our day to day activities, this system offer to us a way to be always on track anytime and anywhere cause it's a cloud system.

Pros

Interface, there's a lot of features and everytime there's upgrade for free that new things, for this time the last update was so important for our school.

Highly recommended LMS/SIS system

Pros

The customer support is really commendable, the product is easy to use, very much user friendly and so far no issue encountered. I really like the workflows with integrated mail notifications. The integration with our organisation was a very much smooth process.

Cons

There is nothing I didn't like about the software, we are satisfied with it. May be as an improvement I would suggest some more features in the notification emails.
