> **Pros**: We were not able to link with our HR data because of changes happening but we were able to link with our  Single Sign on team and get this integrated so that we did not have to wait an extra year. We were up and running within two weeks.

> **Cons**: Honestly not much but being new did add some challenges. Having training videos and more flexibility within the tool at launch would have been great. For those joining now there is a library of training vids.
> 
> So far it had been great and I am looking forward to implementing the new Recognition feature. This team continues to make great changes and really does take the customer feedback in to account.
