With the guidance the Knowledge Base provides, I felt rather confident navigating and processing invoices right away. Shipping was a breeze and NOT the bane of my existence like it usually is. I didn't have to stop what I was doing, talk on the phone, write down credit card numbers, or otherwise deviate from my to-do list because the software has everything at my fingertips. Total game-changer for us\!
