> **Pros**: The platform itself is really easy to navigate, so we love how easy it is to pick and learn right away. Our clients  (and even some members of our team) who don't have AXEL Go can access our shares and requests without having to create an account, which is a huge plus for us.

> **Cons**: Sometimes the uploading can take a little bit of time, and we're still waiting on a few new features and quality-of-life changes.
