> **Pros**: reliable and it always works. Saves us a lot of time and money vs the other solutions out there, and we have tried a few. The reports and graphs are really nice to see how we can improve, even if I am out of the office or at home. The US based customer support has been great to get us started quickly.

> **Cons**: It is not cheap but still a very nice value. There are some cheap solutions out there but they don't stack up. The features here are really nice. If you want the cheapest solution, I would find something else.
