> **Cons**: My comments were not taken into account for the candidates' search (companies which should NOT be approached; students as they are not able to work full time, people who have started new positions 1-2 months ago, etc.). Also once the candidate accepts the invite automatic message reaches them regardless the time - it could be midnight or the weekend. It looks very unprofessional. It was a lack of prompt reaction to the messages received from candidates (2-3 days), therefore I had to do a lot by myself - which was not the intention and agreement when we agreed to work with JobRely.
