> **Pros**: Easy to set up and get going. It is clear that this live chat will be superior to others as you are able to create an order in the chat and send a url of the drafty order to the customer. Being able to manage the team and oversee their interations is great too. We used to use the standard Shopify chat but need the upgrade without having to fork out for another expensive additon. Really really happy.

> **Cons**: While there have been a couple of instances with the notifications and the pre-chat survey, the team are so quick to assist and make sure the app is working as YOU would like.
