> **Cons**: I don't see major drawbacks in the site24x7 but rarely seen that server's site24x7 agent takes bit high memory/cpu.

> We are using Site24x7 since almost 5 years and I can say that this is one of the best decisions we made. We have moved from Nagios, and we are happy about it. We get alerts on our email as well as the android app where we get notification that production sites are down or not.

Security is also something that constantly concerns us, but it has not been a problem with Site24x7. It has a huge amount of functionalities and integrations to monitor all kind of infraestructure, at a reasonable cost. We haven't experienced any bugs or issues.

> **Cons**: The interface could be more intuitive and modern. Also when we started to use the platform, the initial configuration was a little hard.

> **Cons**: Nothing so far - well perhaps configuring dashboards could be a little easier.  Overall I have found this to be one of the easier monitoring / management tools to get going with.  Just started to look at MS 365 (cloud) monitoring - not sure how useful this will be in real-life.
