From lead creation to appointments to sales to production, this system flows logically and succinctly through the process. Estimates have never been easier and project management through payment collection is a breeze. > > **Cons**: Price Book setup is a little tedious, but once built the rest of the system flows easily. Some of the language in the default messaging needs to be adjusted for tone of voice. > > We searched for over 2 years looking for a tool that could combine CRM with Sales and BP nails it\! Nothing else we found integrates every step so seamlessly. The training process was in-depth and moved at a reasonable pace to grasp. The chat help function is fast and efficient.
