Dashboard capabilities and data export features allow for quick and thorough analysis.

> **Cons**: System configuration and administration can be difficult if not planned properly.  As with any IT solution, maintenance and licensing can be expensive it not diligently managed.

> Tool used for monthly status of capital projects portfolio.  Pre-established KPI reports and dashboard view allow management to focus on only those projects needed attention.
