They guided us through the whole process and did not stop until they found solutions to any issues we ran into. I have implemented other channel managers in the past where everything was done through email and the person leading the implementation had very little product knowledge.I also find that their platform/dashboard is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. I also love how they charge a percentage of confirmed bookings, meaning you only pay them when you make money. Many other channel managers these days are trying to charge a flat monthly fee per unit regardless if you receive any reservations through their connection. > > **Cons**: As of lately (the past 2-3 months) we no longer have contact with \[sensitive content hidden\] as I believe she was promoted. The new account manager we have been assigned is unfortunately not nearly as knowledgeable and takes quite a bit of time to follow up. Even more frustrating, the promised integration with Finn.no turned out not to be possible for private hosts, despite repeated assurances during onboarding. Pricing did not sync properly, and communication from support (specifically \[sensitive content hidden\]) was inconsistent, with multiple emails going unanswered. Requests for refunds and cancellation were ignored, further souring the experience. > > Extremely disappointing. I signed up after being promised a seamless integration with Airbnb and Finn.no, but neither promise was kept. The connection with Airbnb failed, Finn.no integration was not even available to me as a private host, and support became unresponsive once issues started piling up. I’ve wasted time, lost bookings, and spent money on a service that ultimately made my operations more difficult.
