> **Pros**: many features are broken down into their simplest form so that you can modify specific details \& preferences. 
customer service is also generally available, offers multiple languages, \& typically respond quickly. 
I can speak either Spanish or English depending on my mood. 
Recognizes some holidays.

> **Cons**: office puzzle is missing some capabilities which other programs/software have that make things easier even slightly, which does make some difference.
The program/software also does some things it should not which creates artifacts in the data.
Additionally, just advice from me a BCBA who is neurodivergent, ADHD- my fellow neurodivergents (ADHDers, Autistics, etc), find the puzzle piece (\& color blue), to be offensive so it makes us uncomfortable \& we prefer infinity symbols (\& rainbow colors, or red). if the puzzle was meant for us, then we recommend it be changed. If it was a separate decision that has nothing to do w/Autism \& neurodiversity, then it is what it is. 
Does not recognize some holidays.

> My experience with office puzzle is rather mixed. As seen in my responses to previous questions, there are definitely things that I like about the system \& things which I don't like or irritate me. it's a bit of a love-hate relationship.
