Changing pay/charge rates is overly complicated. The ATS makes it simple to track documents, monitor expiry dates and keep staff records organised, which saves my time and helps ensure nothing is missed. One of the  other features I find particularly useful is the ability to invite new staff to the system. They can securely upload all of their required documents, such as right to work documents, certifications, and other compliance before they start. This makes the onboarding process much more efficient and helps ensure everything is in place before staff begin working. I also find the mass email feature very useful for recruitment. It allows me to quickly communicate with a large pool of candidates when new business opportunities arise, making it much easier to source staff efficiently.
