The insights that Optimus Hive provides on how our business process are really executed by the users has allowed us to realize a significant amount of cost savings by identifying opportunities for automation.

> **Cons**: Because there are so many things you can custom configure, the initial setup can be time consuming.  The Optimus Hive support team is available to help with this but it still takes a while to set up.
