We have a freemium model so getting these free users to a paid plan was always a challenge.&#10;&#10;We now segment good and bad free users and get them to our ‘aha’ moment faster through personalized content based on user behavior. All automated so that saves a ton of time.

> **Cons**: No major cons atm. Maybe more integrations, although they have Zapier.
