No one responded. There is a bot that, after the first few minutes, prompts you to communicate through email instead, offering no instructions, but for the full 1.5 hours, no person answered. Email is not "instant."My desire to reach a person stemmed form the unclear Prospectss pricing page. While the price for each plan is listed in dollars per month, the full term of the service is not listed prior to a person having to purchase credits. Meaning, a new buyer has no way to know whether they are paying, say, $49/month for a required 12 months or $49/month for just one recurring month at a time or $49/month for one month at all. The terms of service link does not specify this aspect of the cost in numbers, only essentially explaining that if one ceases to pay, the service will be discontinued. One might GUESS from the credit card payment page that with no further details alongside the listed cost, we'd only be paying for a month at a time, cancellable at any time.
