> **Pros**: Like most MYOB products its built to try and cover all bases but by doing this sacrifices its usability and aesthetics.  I found once you got the hang of it you could do a lot with it but I watched people try and fail many times.  Despite that, if your good at learning software its not a bad product to use as it processed every payroll type event i encountered. Produced great journals as well.

> **Cons**: Hated looking at it after a while, it's just so so soooo boring.  Support staff are good but sometimes only they can do something which should really be a user function (Custom reports). Had similar drawn backs as other software, such as out of cycle tax calculations,  but these days its usability is falling far behind.  New trainee don't want to put in the effort mastering this system requires.

> Overall, it was a somewhat pleasant experience.  Many times I've ranted and raved at the computer because PayGlobal was causing me grief but there have been many 'WOW' moments when I utilised a feature or got something to work how I wanted it.  I wouldn't recommend it to someone who struggled with computers or accounting software or has a high turnover.  Great for a bookkeeping practices though, your clients will only be able to manipulate what you teach them.
