> **Pros**: We benefit most from being able to add the workflows for our preventative maintenance action items.  We manage over 40 properties, and each has its own nuances.  We are able to easily track within Leo to make sure nothing is overlooked.  This is critical in our industry due to employee turnover or oversite changes as our business changes and grows.

> **Cons**: From the executive level I depend on our team to oversee the software is being properly implemented and utilized at the sites.  Since I don't use it day to day it makes it harder to maneuver but this would be a comment for any platform we use.

> As the President of our company I feel I am able to better trust the system of the day to day at the sites due to the Leo platform.  We all want to believe in our team but it all comes down to risk management\!
