> **Cons**: The Interface is clumsy and support takes forever because they won't just call you.

> Overall it is good, but our questions are minimal and could usually be solved with a phone call, but they won't help us over the phone.

> **Pros**: Really amazing to have rep portal integrations in the same baseboard as EDI(Key account orders). Nice and easy for the team to only need to learn one system. Also, having all the orders from reps and EDI sync right into our ERP portal. So we are not having to manually enter orders anymore

> **Cons**: Invoice connections, even after all the setup and testing. Mckesson/Save on Foods/ Ace Hardware are examples. Still working on getting invoices to flow back to each account after months of back and forth.
>

> **Pros**: For the most part it is fairly reliable, most orders from Faire are transferred into BigCommerce with all the correct data.
> 
> **Cons**: When an integration error occurs, it is not easy to troubleshoot the cause.  The error warnings offer some insight, but when it's an out of stock product that's the cause, I have to resort to educated guesses as to the triggering product.  If it's the Contact ID number I have no way to troubleshoot this and need to rely on Syncware Support to push the order for me.

> When it's working, it's great.For a long time the response time for an inquiry sent to the support team was 2 or more business days, which, when the feed is stalled, really affected our ability to process and ship orders. Lately I have received a response from your support team within a few hours of sending my inquiry which is great\!  Please keep that up.  Your help articles look like they have been updated recently as they are more user friendly with clearer instructions.
